Based on our last 50 CTO placements, we have seen dramatic shifts across total value, geography, structural complexity and more.
These changes however are not widely visible to the majority of tech leaders. To address this gap, in collaboration with CTO Craft, we are asking our network to anonymously share their salaries.
The information you provide will be analysed to provide the real-time contextual information needed to advocate for market rates and to gain a better understanding of the current state of trends across locations, seniority and diversity.
There are 17 questions and it should take no longer than 5 minutes to complete. As a thank you for your involvement, all participants will receive a copy of the results on the last week of May.
