The Opportunity
Bloom & Wild were seeking a highly skilled CTO to set and evolve their strategy, make executive technology decisions on behalf of the organisation, alongside building effective and agile delivery cycles. The candidate was required to have proven experience scaling D2C or B2C businesses, as well as being a strategic thinker and inspiring leader.
The Candidate
Bloom & Wild hired Stephen Wilcock, an experienced technology leader with a demonstrated history of leading engineering and product teams of all scales. Stephen has extensive experience shaping business strategies and building large scale, high transactional B2C and B2B platforms. Stephen believes in creating amazing teams and empowering them to own their decisions.
