Andreea is Albany’s Head of People and also works alongside the delivery team as a Principal. Prior to joining Albany, Andreea worked for a well-regarded Executive Search business as a Principal Managing Consultant for Resourcing and Delivery.
Before moving into Executive Search, she worked for a technical recruitment company as a Delivery Manager, specialising in hiring professionals within IT Architecture and Business Intelligence.
She has an LLB from UDDJG, Romania, and a BA from UCL (Solving Complex Problems, People & Methods).
