A brief history of staying ahead

Albany began fourteen years ago doing one thing: executive search for CTOs and CPOs. The specialism hasn't changed, but the business around it has grown into interim and fractional placements, advisory work and curated benches built for individual funds.

The thread through it all is staying ahead of the ask: knowing the market before the brief exists, and staying close between mandates. It's how a small London team came to serve funds and their portfolio companies across Europe and the US.
